6 Week ‘quick fix’ with homeopathic fat loss drops

The online 6-Week Natural Weight Loss Group Program, allows you to join a small group (max 6) of people all trying to achieving the same goal to lose weight fast and keep it off! The online element of the program means you can join the weekly check-in call from the convenience of your own home, office or where ever you happen to be. And finally, the private Facebook group, allows you to become part of a community of current and previous programme participants of the program and get guidance, motivation and support to achieve your goal.

The plan consists of:

  • A 1-hour initial health check meeting, to ensure the plan is tailored specifically to your needs and answer any of your questions. The consultation will be online (via Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, Skype or your preferred method) or in-clinic at my Salmon Arm clinic
  • Homeopathic fat burning drops, which allow the body to access its fat stores more easily so that you do not feel hungry
  • 3 weeks of a healthy weight loss food plan. The aim of this part of the program is to get your body burning your fat stores, so you lose weight over a 21 day period. You will receive via e-mail, the details of the plan itself, a 112 page recipe book of easy to make recipes for you to choose from and a shopping list of real food
  • 3 maintenance weeks which allow the slow re-introduction of some foods and ensures your lower weight is now your new set point
  • Weekly group Facebook Messenger video check-in call with me and the other participants within your small group. There will be a maximum of 6 participants in each online group, so this gives you a chance to share your experiences of the program, learn from other group members experiences of the program, ask any questions you might have and keep you motivated
  • Access to the 6-Week Healthy Weight Loss Challenge private Facebook page, where you can touch base with other current or previous participants in the program and get guidance, motivation and support to achieve your goal

I’ve struggled with losing weight for some time, and especially since I’ve gotten older. I came across this program and had experience with homeopathic remedies in the past (but not for weight loss) and thought I would check it out. I met with Jude and was impressed by what she told me so decided to give it a try.

I started on May 25 and after the first 3 weeks I’d lost about 14 lbs. On maintenance I lost another approx. 6 lbs. For me, the most impressive part of the program is that even though I’m adding some ‘bad’ foods to my diet from time to time, my weight consistently stays around the same level. Jude’s advice and support help me through the tough times and the online chat provides great ideas and a sense that I’m not on this journey alone.

Do I have to exercise while on this plan?

During the first 21 days gentle exercise is okay but not necessary. During the 2nd 3 weeks then exercise can be increased.

Do I have to come into your Clinic?

No, there is no need for you to come to the clinic.

I was not sure about the ‘group’ part initially but I ended up looking forward to our weekly group phone call. I found it helpful to hear what others were doing when they faced struggles or if they had a busy week/weekend, what they did for food choices. It definitely was not about being checked up on but about sharing, receiving and giving encouragement and advice!! [if in doubt, drink more water!!] I also really liked the Facebook page with Jude’s posts of encouraging words, uplifting photos to let me know I wasn’t doing this alone. Other posts were photos of meals prepared, questions, and more encouraging words/advice.

If I felt so good eating the way I did on ‘maintenance’, then why would I go back to my ‘wrong for me’ eating habits?! I do tend to fluctuate between those last 2 pounds after a weekend of not planning ahead or choosing the best alternative, which usually isn’t as good at it should be, but as long as I get right back on track, I go back down to my 20 pounds lost!! Not only do my clothes fit, my legs and ankles are not constantly swollen and I am amazed at the amount of energy I now have. The extra benefits of a clear mind (no more foggy brain) and a happy (not bloated) gut is so wonderful as well!

Thank you for the weight loss program! I am so happy to be 17 pounds lighter and basically at my goal weight; just in time for summer!

I liked being in the Facebook group and on the chats because it is good to hear how other people are doing with the program and to hear their tips. It also helps with accountability in that you want to stick with the plan because you don’t want to fall behind the others!

The program itself is also great and easy to follow. I am in no hurry to add back in rice, bread, or even potatoes. I feel full without eating these foods! I do like quinoa and oatmeal, and though I don’t miss them at all, I will try each one at a time to see how I feel. This is really so that if I am out somewhere, I don’t feel super limited in what I can eat; or at least I will know my limits 🙂

My weight has always been a problem for me. My problem is that I LOVE chocolate, chips and wine…. but coupled with an excessive amount of stress, I was overweight. I reached my breaking point 2 years ago. After several years of incredible amounts of stress layers, my body was in crisis. I couldn’t walk down a hallway with out hanging onto the wall. In 2013 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and as a result of taking the medication I was prescribed, I put on over 35 lbs in about one year.  I went from 126 lbs to 164 lbs!
No matter what I did I could not shed any of the weight over the next 3 years.  I was told by several “professionals” that the drug(s) had changed my metabolism and, as a result, unless I went off the medication, I would have to live with it.
At 5ft 2″, the 35 extra pounds created numerous complications and restrictions for me……over and above having to deal with the PD.
